As a Track and Trace Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing,
interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities will be: Communicate and do follow-ups on carriers and drivers to find out if the carrier is running on time for pick up/delivery.
Communicate with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation, and administrative support.
Review Transportation Management, Dispatch, Appointment settings and Consolidation.
Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed.
Communicates with customers about service issues as needed.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Minimum requirements:
Studies: High School Degree is required.
Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or any other career related.
Experience: Experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, logistics, back office or any other related.
Language: Very good English skills. B2+ preferred.
Perks: Schedule: Monday
- Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
Contract: Indefinite term contract (Special emerging contract) + Benefits.
Places: Remote Colombia
**Salary**: $ 2,500 COP + 200 US bonus
