Our Proposal :
Are you passionate about scripting, automation,
and building out-of-the-box solutions? Our client is looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer with extensive IT and Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to help develop and enhance their endpoint and security automation products.
Responsibilities :
- Develop Patching Solutions : write code and define requirements for patch deployment across customer environments.
- Build, improve, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate the security and management of Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints.
Ensure customer environments stay secure and up to date.
- Investigate customer needs and security vulnerabilities to create effective patching and automation solutions.
- Establish internal standards and templates to drive efficiency. Create and maintain clear documentation for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with automation and QA engineers to ensure proper test coverage and high product quality.
Must-have Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience managing, configuring, automating, and software deployment to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- 6+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell
- Experience in software packaging and scripting software installers
- Experience managing endpoints
- Experience with source control, interacting with REST APIs, and working with structured data
- Background in automation testing and automating processes
- Experience with 3rd party patching using tools like SCCM, Ivanti, and Kace
- Experience with the challenges IT teams face with security and software vulnerability management
- Technical experience across the entire IT infrastructure managed services stack.
- Bonus points : Pester Test Framework experience
You must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
