Are you a people-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others? We're looking for a Customer Service & Appointment Setter to join our sales team.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while also handling appointment-setting tasks for our sales team. You'll help clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and schedule appointments for potential advertising opportunities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
You must have your own computer, cellphone, internet, and a suitable home office setup.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Assist clients with inquiries, account setup, and navigating the platform
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments for the sales team
- Manage and maintain an organized schedule of appointments
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and appointments
- Collaborate closely with the sales and support teams
Requirements:
- MUST be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
- Organized with attention to detail
- Experience with appointment setting or sales support is a plus
- Must be comfortable making 100 to 250 calls per day.
- Ability to handle objections,
overcome challenges, and stay persistent.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
- Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
- Shift Hours: 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Pay: Base pay plus commission
