Reports To: Office Manager and General Managers Performance Indicators: Performance will be measured against specific responsibilities. Salary, Commissions, and Overtime: Monthly salary includes legal benefits and potential overtime. Base pay $800 + Commission Team Size: The supervisor will manage a team of 5-10 employees in coordination with the Office Manager. Company Benefits: All benefits as per Ecuadorian law. Contract Type: Indefinite contract with a three-month probation period. Working Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day with a one-hour lunch break. Typical hours are (Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 11 PM Night Shift & 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Morning Shift) with availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays if needed. Specific Responsibilities:
